Accelerating potential by helping people achieve more than they thought possible.
You've already done the obvious things, but something isn't clicking. We go after what's underneath to uncover the patterns actually running the show—unlocking the behaviours that allow you to accelerate.

"What's actually underneath this?"
That's usually the first honest question, and it rarely gets asked before the third or fourth session anywhere else. Here, it's the starting point — not a technique, a way of paying attention.
Present
Listening shows up before advice. Copy and conversations observe before they prescribe.
Trust-Anchored
No urgency language or artificial hype. Depth is earned, never rushed.
Values-Led
Every claim and goal traces back to a "why." Tactics are never presented alone.
Honest about the struggle
The messy middle gets named, not skipped for a highlight reel.
Warm, not soft
Compassionate delivery, direct content — in the same sentence.
We don't force breakthroughs. We create the conditions where they occur naturally.
Most executive programs rush to fix surface behaviors with generic productivity hacks. We take the time to build trust and peel back the layers until we reach what is actually running the show.
Two focused paths for growth.

How We Get There
The starting point is always clarity on what makes you uniquely you. Real breakthroughs don't come from forcing techniques; they emerge as layers are peeled back in an environment of total trust.
Clarity on Core Values
We explore your personal values, what motivates you, and drives you. We understand who you are at your core and how this shows up in your daily life.
Synchronicity & Misalignment
By exploring areas where your actions match your values and areas where they are misaligned, we uncover how who you are impacts your behavior and performance.
Energy & Unintended Consequences
We discover what gives you energy and what drains it. We uncover the unintended consequences of your behaviour to foster positive impact on others and results.
Trust, Revelation & Action
Through confidential, reflective sessions where trust builds, layers are peeled back to reveal your assumptions, limiting beliefs, and the shifts required to unlock full potential.

Certified Executive Coach · Royal Roads University
Developing people, not just managing outcomes.
I'm a certified executive coach who helps executives and early-career professionals achieve more than they thought possible. Before coaching, I spent over 30 years building and leading high-performing sales and client teams across consumer packaged goods, cellular, and services industries—with 15 years in senior executive roles.
Along the way, I sold iconic brands like Snickers, M&M’s, and Campbell’s Soup, launched a national cellular service from scratch, and led teams as large as 900 people. What I discovered across three decades was that the most fulfilling work I’d ever done was developing people. So, I put a bow on my corporate career to dedicate my time fully to supporting others.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about program length, confidentiality, and what to expect during coaching engagements.
What does a coaching program look like?
Typical programs are 3 to 6 months in duration. During the program you will meet with your coach every other week for a 60-minute one-on-one session. After each coaching session you will have actions to focus on before the next session. These actions are often reflective or something that can be integrated immediately into your daily work.
What kind of advice can I expect?
Coaching isn't advice, mentoring, or consulting. Coaching is a non-directive collaboration between coach and client that is both reflective and future-focused. You know yourself and your situation better than any coach. Relying on active listening, powerful questioning, and reflection, your coach will help you understand yourself and your situation better and identify actions to achieve your goals.
How deep are the discussions?
Part of the goal is to dig underneath the surface to understand the root of an opportunity or issue. There is no growth in the comfort zone and sometimes little comfort in the growth zone. Conversations can be quite deep; however, the coach will always respect you and your personal boundaries.
Are the sessions confidential?
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of coaching and an essential part of building trust. I am bound by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics, which is guided by core values of Professionalism, Humanity, Equity, and Collaboration. The code of ethics requires strict confidentiality and all coaching conversations are 100% confidential.
How do we get started?
The first step is a complimentary 30-minute discovery conversation. There is no sales pitch. We get to know each other, discuss what you are looking to explore or accelerate, and determine whether there is mutual alignment to work together.
